He leads the firm’s Strategic Advisory, Litigation, Asset Recovery, and Public Sector Compliance practices, and provides high-level oversight on the firm’s most complex mandates involving legal risk, regulatory strategy, and institutional governance.
Victor is an accomplished commercial litigator and strategic advisor with a proven track record of representing clients in all superior courts of record in Nigeria, from High Courts, Industrial Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He oversees multi-jurisdictional recovery and restructuring efforts involving multi-billion-naira assets and complex inter-party disputes.
In addition to litigation and transactional advisory, Victor is frequently retained by boards and executive teams to provide strategic legal input on policy compliance, fiscal governance, and institutional restructuring. He has advised on regulatory frameworks and legal safeguards in response to contentious regulatory actions and others.
Victor’s clients include private individuals, companies, private investors, family offices, public sector institutions, and commercial entities requiring deep legal insight and discreet, commercially sound representation. He is known for combining strategic litigation acumen with business-focused advisory, particularly where reputational or regulatory exposure is at stake.
He also contributes to corporate governance initiatives and sits on the boards of select institutions and professional organizations, where he provides input on legal oversight, dispute readiness, and regulatory alignment.
