We provide strategic legal counsel and robust defence for clients facing enforcement actions, disciplinary proceedings, and criminal investigations by Nigerian regulatory bodies. Our team has extensive experience engaging with agencies such as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU), Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), and other regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
